Class schedule

We offer classes for every level guided by our highly experienced coaches. For existing members please sign into class ahead of time and don't be late unless you love burpees.  All members are allowed to come to the gym and train on their own during class times or open gym starting from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm weekdays, we just ask you to please be mindful of the class.

 

All-levels Class PM Schedule

3:30pm — 4:30pm

4:30pm — 5:30pm

5:30pm — 6:30pm

6:30pm — 7:30pm

Open Gym

Weekdays
5:00am – 8:00pm

For those who have had some experience in the gym and want time to workout however they want. The coaches do not lead these times so what you do is up to you.
